Looking back at the first two quarters of 2016, the Fredericksburg Texas real estate market sustained an average home price of approximately $350,000. This is an astonishing price increase over the past 10 years when the average Fredericksburg home price fell below $250,000. The average home price is up about $50,000 a year over the past two years.
