Dale is a seasoned veteran of over 35 years of high level experience in real estate investment, development, and commercial bank lending and management. He has held a Real Estate Broker's license in California, Colorado, and Texas.

Mr. Cook earned a Master of Business Administration degree with High Honors from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California as well as a Bachelor's degree in Finance with Honors. His extensive career in banking includes several positions as Senior Credit Officer with top five national banks. He was the President of a community bank in Whitesboro, Texas. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army Military Police Corps having served in the conflict in Viet Nam.

In the past decade, Mr. Cook has combined his expertise in real estate development and banking and has focused on securing and negotiating complex structured debt and equity partnerships for large commercial real estate transactions throughout Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. He opened and directed the profitability of a multifamily finance office of GMAC/Paramount Financial in Austin, Texas and in recent years moved to Red Capital Group, a subsidiary of PNC Bank, which is the 5th largest bank in the U.S. Through his efforts, various investors including Fortune 500 companies and national banks have provided over $1.2 billion in funding for multifamily apartment complexes and senior housing resulting in the creation of over 12,000 units of new or renovated homes. These transactions, averaging approximately $20-25 million each in size, have utilized tax credit equity limited partnerships, tax exempt private activity bond allocations, FNMA and Freddie Mac debt executions, and conventional construction and permanent loans.

After having lived in several large cities including San Francisco, Denver, Dallas, and Austin, Dale and his wife, Laura (also a banker) selected the Texas Hill Country and specifically Fredericksburg as their choice for raising their family and for retirement living for Laura's parents.

In doing so, they sought out and have realized a number of key benefits for their family. First, Fredericksburg offers the quality of life aspects of a small town including little or no traffic, low crime rate, and excellent schools. However, Fredericksburg is also an extremely popular tourist destination visited by nearly 1 million guests per year. As a result, the economy of Fredericksburg supports fine restaurants of the caliber found in large cities, over 400 bed and breakfast accommodations, countless weekend festivals, museums, live theater, art galleries, wineries, and various performing arts venues. Truly it offers small town ambience with big city amenities.

Dale, Laura, Natalie (12), and Seth (9) live on 12 acres near Fredericksburg, Texas which they share with their Sheltie dog, Ginger, a cat named Kitty, 5 Lone Star Dahl sheep, 2 alpacas named Teddy and Tutter, 12 chickens, a red rooster, and a bunny named Benjamin. All of this "livestock" which Dale likes to call the household "pests", along with the 12 acres, a pond, an herb garden, and a large vegetable garden keep the family highly entertained and occupied at home.
